I get frustrated too.
But Dr. Bob usually reads all the threads on any given topic before he addresses it.
I remember I used to watch him go over the board, and he'd skip the really complicated stuff and do redirects or address other things. It didn't mean he didn't care about the stuff that was upsetting people. It meant he cared enough to make sure he understood everything before he answered.
I don't think it's a bad trait. It might be frustrating but it's got its up side.
