Support for Dr Bob

Hi,
Just want to weigh in with my opinion on the board administration -- though there's discord over the particulars of Dr Bob's moderating lately, I for one am grateful he's doing the job he's doing.
Has anyone tried using the Usenet groups? Those boards have no moderators, and over the years as more people get on the net, they've degenerated into just about nothing but trolls, flame wars, and spam. There's no community sense at all.
IMO the rules about civility and profanity here, and the presence of a moderator, make all the difference in the world.
