If you benefit from more noradrenaline (-epinephrine), or want to test whether you do, it is indeed an interesting combination. It's probably not good for your cardiovascular system though. Also, the antihistamine effects of mirtazapine may dampen the "stimulant-like" noradrenergic effects. Yohimbine would be a more selective alternative to mirtazapine. On the other hand, the serotonin 5-HT2A antagonism of mirtazapine may be a positive aspect.
