For pharmacokinetic interactions, check out the enzymes that metabolise them (and your psych meds). Yes, it is tedious.

Dimetindene is a first generation (sedating) antihistamine, and it is also an anticholinergic. I can't find anything about "clestone", but Google suggests it may be "Celestone", a brand name of a drug called betamethasone, which is a corticosteroid. I see no reason why these would interact pharmacodynamically, except that the anti-histaminergic effect would be additive (with quetiapine and olanzapine).
