Anaphylaxis emergency meds and psychmeds interacti

Hi guys,

when stung by a wasp I'm supposed to take:

10mg Dimetindene
15mg Clestone
and 300 mcg Adrenaline.

Is this dangerous with my meds? (See signature). Anticholinergic?

For pharmacokinetic interactions, check out the enzymes that metabolise them (and your psych meds). Yes, it is tedious.

Dimetindene is a first generation (sedating) antihistamine, and it is also an anticholinergic. I can't find anything about "clestone", but Google suggests it may be "Celestone", a brand name of a drug called betamethasone, which is a corticosteroid. I see no reason why these would interact pharmacodynamically, except that the anti-histaminergic effect would be additive (with quetiapine and olanzapine).
