Hi Alchemy,

I'd like to ask you a question if I may. In your research, have you come across anything to address the occurrence of a person feeling a leaden like depression in the first part of the day with a steady improvement in mood. By night the mood is good but anxious and dreading night. Difficulty sleeping. I've had such a pattern all my life, before any meds. Over this daily rhythm there are greater or lesser cycles of depression or rarely, hypomania. I am officially dx'd as BPll. I'm pleased to see you still posting!
