Glad to hear about the ADHD diagnosis.
Re: Concerta. I would agree I enjoy amphetamines more. I think that's part of the problem. For me, I suspect, they quickly down regulate dopamine. Anyway, I hope you find Concerta as invisible as I have. It's a good psych drug for me because it helps me but I'm rarely aware it's there.
Re: thyroid. Mine tested normal too. I finally did a bunch of reading and got a doc to give me a trial. It helped massively with both energy and depression. Here are a few links to articles describing its use for depression in patients with normal thyroid values. BTW - there's a big controversy about t4 vs. t3. For me, neither one alone worked as well as the combo. I currently take 150mcg t4 and 30mcg t3 as Liotrix. I've taken up to 300/60. I felt better but had arrhythmia and sweated like a pig.
