hello from chemist....omega-3 is established in short-term trials at high doses for mood stabilization...i do 3000 mg bid but higher doses are shown to more effective....inositol and choline are also good, look for a supplement that contains both....as for nardil, i was on parnate 30 mg qd for over 1.5 years, which led to a psychotic break due to hypomania. a close friend with ocd is doing celexa (i have encouraged her to go to lexapro for reduction of side effects). it is important to get the right balance of EPA and DHA in the omega-3 supps, and i personally prefer the goods from spectrum, although country life is a cheaper alternative that seems to do the job...hop this helps, all the best, chemist
