Thanks for the feedback... I'm pretty sure Temgesic isn't available in the States though, correct me if I'm wrong. I assume they can't prescribe the parenteral form either (Buprenex)?

For anyone who may be reading this and questioning my loyalty to my beloved Ultram, forget about it, lol. I just have a pretty good online friend who is getting kind of desperate and I'm trying to dig up some info for her. She had a good response to the tramadol too, but only for a few weeks. :-(
