Hey Kelly,
In the medical literature you will consistantly see the figure "1mg per kilogram per day" as approximately dose for nardil. I think what matters most is that you inhibit 80% of the MAOI enzymes ... I think studies have shown this is usually when nardil take effect. I have heard of one patient recieving 120mg per day in the literature. So I would not be concerned with your current dose or even going higher if need be.
