Opiates and med interactions

Hello, just wanted to ask this question. Today, my back was killing me, so i took 1/2 of a percocet. Im also on remeron/zoloft/desipramine and klonopin. At first if felt fine, but after a while, i became really MOODY, anxious, and my top of my head felt likeit was gonna expload. I did read that opiates do raise desipramine levels.
Iv used Vicodin in the past and felt great. Maybe my body cannot tolerate oxycodone???
