Do you combine Buspar and Xanax? That might be an interesting combination. I hate the SSRIs and believe their use in anxiety is more marketing than science. That is why these articles caught my eye. If serotonin really is one of the culprits then I might consider Buspar, but still rely primarily on Xanax, or wait for the next generation of SSRIs. For a "pure" anxiety victim, I consider SSRIs the B-52s of medication.
