Paxil Withdrawl, how long does it last?

I am 33 years old and just weened myself off of Paxil. My last pill was taken 6 days ago. Need I say more...I am completely unfunctionable with my dizziness. I have been to the doctor twice in 4 days and finally got the answer that it may be a Paxil withdrawl. Gotta love those uninformed docs.
I have tears in my eyes reading these past posts and I am finding comfort in knowing this truly is what I am experiencing.
But I am desperate to know how long symptoms can last??? I need to know that there is a light at this dark tunnel. Who would have thought there would be such a withdrawl. Makes me scared to try anything else.
