Hi Shar,

Just scanned this board for the first time in ages and came across your post. It's funny cause you crossed my mind this weekend. I was sick, flipping through tv channels and came across a cool history/interview of the Dixie Chicks. (knew who they are, but nothing about their history). Anyway, knowing they're from your neck of the woods, was wondering if you've followed them.

Anyway, I am so, so happy for you. Lots of times "young-ins" write on PSB saying how lonely they are, how crummy they feel, etc., totally unable to see out of the present. And I generally try to share that when I was in my twenties, I didn’t even know the people that I would later fall in love with even existed. Didn't even know I could fall in love. It’s so hard to see possibilities when you're depressed. Non-depressed, impossible to predict who and what will fall into our lives. And to remind them they they have ions of time for find magic.

When I read your post, I remembered how impossible it is to ever predict who and what will fall into our lives. People can always be waiting around the corner, no matter what age we are.

I'm so happy you've found some magic, friendship, the big L.

Again, continued happiness.

Shelli
