Thanks for sharing your excitement. I'm grinning quite a bit these days my own self.Hmmm, what to say, how to say it. Are you still active at ASH?
Basically, this was a long distance, 2-year friendship that developed into "love" (whatever that is). I knew right away almost that we had an important, meaningful connection, and he was wise enough to ensure that the fork didn't run away with the spoon. I'm probably responsible for the love having an opportunity to grow, and he is responsible for making sure that we were close in many other, deep ways before romance entered the picture.
That's probably confusing enough. So, we got together and we were the same people we had been, with the same closeness and caring, only face to face. The same strong connection on all levels, only better--and with a few really nice additions....8-)
