I have only seen my T twice in 3 or 4 months, and tomorrow I go back after a 2 month gap. It's scary. I don't like her new office and I know we have to terminate in a few weeks so that I can go into group therapy (I've seen her for 2 years and am not allowed to run group and individual alongside each other at the place I go).
I've had a real slump in the last week and feel like I'll just go in there, say not very much and mess it all up.

Hi Cubic me,
Wow, this would be a tough one for me, but I think I would try to figure out what's been going on with me (for better or worse) since the last session. Example: am I less or more depressed and why.
Good luck. And good luck with group when it starts. I could never do it, I'd just sit there and stare at my shoes.

I've seen this dilema argued a few times here...do you use the time you have agressively or do you back off to ease the seperation? I don't know what the answer is but it may be the upcoming change that is making the depression worse and making it that much hard to deal with.
Let your therapist help you by telling her as much as you can about these conflicting feelings. Maybe you could think outloud here too.
