Hi Cubic me,

Wow, this would be a tough one for me, but I think I would try to figure out what's been going on with me (for better or worse) since the last session. Example: am I less or more depressed and why.

Good luck. And good luck with group when it starts. I could never do it, I'd just sit there and stare at my shoes.
