I have only seen my T twice in 3 or 4 months, and tomorrow I go back after a 2 month gap. It's scary. I don't like her new office and I know we have to terminate in a few weeks so that I can go into group therapy (I've seen her for 2 years and am not allowed to run group and individual alongside each other at the place I go).
I've had a real slump in the last week and feel like I'll just go in there, say not very much and mess it all up.
