Hi there!

Good to see another student.

Im not sure I will be much help but I will tell you what little I do know from looking into it years ago.

I have always been under the impression that Medical schools in Canada are very difficult to get into, but coming from another country could be a help...not sure. I think alot of US schools are easier to get into if you are not applying to a top school. So a top school in the US would be harder than Canada but there are so many schools in the US that there are so many other possibilities. Whereas in Canada there is limited space.
As for cost I think it is safe to say you will be spending more if you go to the US but I have always been under the impression that the US gives more finaincial support to students over Canada.
As for Australia I dont know. I could be totally wrong but thats my take on it.

Hope this was of some help :-)
