the illustrations would not have been made in nz, i am fairly sure.
medical or bio-medical or whatever illustration is not a thing.
universities don't offer 'cool and fun' elective courses for things like science or medical or whatever illustration... that's not the kind of thing that we would see any value in, here.
so the messages, clearly, come in from overseas...
eventually.
