the reason i keep going on about ashley bloomfield wearing underwear on his face...
is because he earns half a million per year (no matter who wins the election)... and he chooses to tell the people of nz...
the first message to the public was that since surgical masks were not 100 per cent effective -- they were not to be worn.
the workers in the hospitals were told that they were not to be worn -- because wearing them would frighten the patients.
the reality was that we didn't really have any. corruption in procurement and storage etc of medical supplies.
then the message was (after the nz people got to watch all the footage of what the USA state leaders were saying to people in their states)...
however far behind... finally... nz people got the message from their regional (nz) leaders how to make a home-made mask.
were still told not to buy surgical masks. told that every time a nz public citizen buys a surgical mask a puppy dies also that means a nz health professional is forced to go without one.
months and months after the US people were getting messages from their leaders that the quality was higher on surgical masks, new zealanders were finally given the okay by ashley to purchase surgical quality masks for themselves.

sloooooower think slooooooower than slooooooooooowso... ashley. half a million dollars per year to wear underwear on his face (when he was saying we could make our own face masks out of anything including underwear)...
it captured my imagination because of 'underwear outside the pants'.
and i got to thinking about ashley's resume etc... how it is that he is apparently most qualified for his job etc etc.
