And I suppose my court costs are up there, now, too. Because I am supposed to pay the costs of al the filings (all the filings and the re-filings and the re-re-filings and all the case management conferences. I am supposed to pay all the costs involved in the 'unnecessary steps' elected to be followed by the respondents (the motions to have proceedings struck out wher teh proceeedings are not struck out but where I am to pay the costs involved in their filings and the hearing of the motion to have proceedings struck out).
Because really what is on trial, here, is that the courts do not accept that I am in receitp of a supported living payment.
I think that hte way in which I am suposed to interpret that is that If I'mnot careful (suitably compliant) then they will just cut my benefit entirely!!!
Then I'll have to, what, go on unemployment. ANd then what will happen? THey will have some minimum-wage job involving... What? Will they order me to give people radiation treatment for minimum wage? Probably not.. There are lots of psychopaths who want that job. Lots of people who are willing ot pay the university and pay the university and pay the university and pay so they can be the one chosen to push that button... And once they've well and truly established just what a joyous moment that is for htem they will likely put them on payroll.

My filings were accepted with waiver of filing fee because they accepted that I provided evidence to them that I was in receipt of SLP. I'm talking about no less than 10 filings. Then all of a sudden the court of appeal and the supreme court refuse to accept that I am in receipt of SLP. THey say that I have not proven to the courts that I am 'financially impecunous' where that is a necesseary condition of the proceedings proceeding. Otherwise I am required to pay them more than $20,000 (a sum that was at the discretion of the court of appeal) or the cases will not be heard at all.
The court of appeal also says they don't see any merit in any of my appeals. THey don't think they are matters of public interest. They don't think that what happened to me happens to other people. They don't think that other Universities are engaging in practices that Waikato is (that is to say they think that other Universities garduate their studnets in a timely fashion, they think that other NZ Universities get their students theses out for examination so that it is possible for internatioanl community to sign-off on timely graduation so that 2x the standard fees, 3x the standard fees, 4x the standard fees don't have to be paid by the studnet for the possibility of qualification compltion.
The court of appeal opens their mouths and sh*t falls out.
But they are closed, now, apparently.
There is some 'protest' outside parliament which means that the court of appeal cannot function and present trials are aborted.
Because they still can't work zoom.

ALl my cases (except a couple in auckland) were heard over phone or AVL.
But parliament and the courts apparently can't / won't.
I guess because we don't have internet infrastructure etc.
It's foreign powers that supply internet connectivity and also software like zoom or whatever. NZ does not have control over the av conferencing etc.
The trade centre they were building (a convention centre) where they thought people would come here and do dodgey backroom deals because we would supply underage children and gambelling at the casino etc... THe one that was on fire 2x...
So the international trade convention was hosted by microsoft rooms. ANd the NZ business people cry cry cry cry cried because it's hard to do human trafficking and pedophile enabling trade deals via microsoft rooms.
