So, apparently I am supposed to pay more than $100,000 to the New Zealand Government for Student Loans for courses that (in some instances) I never even applied to be enrolled in. I am also supposed to pay for courses that I never sat the examinations in etc.

I remember hearing that the only people who don't get the certificates or qualifications from WELTEC were violent drug offender types. That that's what it means to be failed for a course from there... Riiiight all the violent drug offender types. And me. Of course. That seems totally plausible -- right? Totally legit.

They don't grade the work. They don't even have legitimate tests of exams.

There was something in the fake news recently about a couple kids who got very high marks in Cambridge Examinations. I wonder how they did at NCEA (quite a few kids in NZ sit both lots of examinations). I bet NCEA decided that the asian kids are not good at English. Not good at English. They have no communication skills. Right? That's how come they won't enrol them in Medicine and the like. Because the Asian Kids don't have good English or Communication skills. Right?

NCEA is all about what the teachers say. They get veto power, basically, the teachers need to give their permission for a kid to have excellence or even merit credit or acknowledgment. There is a lot of discretion built into everything. Including things like maths. Because it's all take-home assessment and they don't want people simply printing off or handing in all the same answers (after one kid 'takes one for the team' by handing in and having their work graded and returned first) so you set essays.

They set essays for maths. ANd the way they grade them... WHen there are different ways of solving the problems... But they will only acknowledge ONE way of doing it.

So that means that you need the teacher to tell you the method. So you can write up in English the way you are going about solving the maths problem.

They say it is so they can give students some credit for getting the answer wrong.

But in practice it is a way of not giving studnets credit for getting the answer right.

Because it's soooooooo comeptitive. You best do what the pedophiles say when they say it -- right? It's soooooooooo compeititve.
