Effexor actually worked well for the longest time, but it raised my blood pressure dangerously, and caused embarrassing bouts of sweating. It wasnt a good trade off, but it best helped my mood. When I first started Zoloft, however, I had an entire remission of symptoms, lasting three days or so. I was so encouraged!!> What was it about Zoloft that you found unsatisfactory?

The way it made my hair fall out... the nurse practitioner who prescribed it absolutely refused to accept I was in the 1% of patients who had this reaction. Nothing else is the possible cause, though. My GP, dermatologist, and NEW pdoc concur.>
