(((((Baseball))))))

One of my most favorite people in this world :(

I'm so sad to hear you aren't feeling well. Depression is horrible... This deep black pit... Feels like things will never ever ever ever ever feel any better...

But it does lift. And things do.

I think... Honestly... Walking away from a relationship is kinda like coming to terms with someone having died. I mean... Different in the sense that to start with it can feel liberating... But I really don't see how one could end a relationship after... Lots and lots of years... And not have it hit one pretty hard at some point.

I think that is true most especially (though not only) when one goes from being with someone to being by oneself. I've been by myself since... Well... Pretty much forever... And mostly I like it. And wouldn't change it for worlds. But I do feel lonely sometimes. And I am totally used to being by myself. For people who aren't as independent as me (and I'm autistic, remember)... I think most people really do struggle with being by themself.

I cope by being passionate about a hobby. Whether it be... Training Olympic weightlifting... Or reading anatomy books... Or playing world of warcraft... Something to get me up in the morning. And when I feel too depressed about life... I know it is time for a different passion... I just need to forage about a little to find it. Go for a walk... Do something to get some external input... Something different on the net or some television... Get an idea... An idea that puts me onto something...

I don't know what to say... If you need a hobby or something... Something social something solitary... I don't know... A new kitten... Or two... A puppy or a bird... A yoga group...

But people do care about you. Are grateful for you.
