Pdoc really hates Risperdal

I think my pdoc really hates Risperdal. She's been wanting me off it forever and now she wants me off it asap. I'm down to 0.25mg now.
I feel like she might be keeping some things from me to prevent me from being anxious.
Is Risperdal really bad for health? Can it mess up my TSH (thyroid)?
I'm having some trouble sleeping (I'm never up this early! LOL) Will my sleep go back to normal?
