You may be right. Our backyard is a mini jungle, and I spent some of my outside time removing kudzu. That shakes loose just about everything. I also haven't been keeping up on drinking green tea like I had been.
Also my glasses are pretty much always covered with puppy kisses, which probably isn't helping my head any.
And while I'm good at putting things out of my mind, there's no saying how far out of my mind I'm managing to put them.
