Feeling overstimulated is an awful state. Lately I can't even handle having the tv on in the background. I haven't been able to read, either - my whole capacity for concentration is shot to pieces.
I'd like some blinders like those city horsies wear. Some earplugs to dampen the ambient noise. Comfortable, gauzy clothes with no constriction but still cover me amply. (And then who will take the photo? Because what a sight I'll be, kitted out like that!)
