****You know, Jost, I would have loved to watch it out a window! I was in awe of it, but was too preoccupied with trying to drive ahead of it & too scared to be able to enjoy it, which I think I could otherwise have done.*****

Yes - today it was lovely also around that. LOVELY. Non-humid 85 would be fine, yes. The humidity is the killer part of it. Oh dear. 100 is NOT fun. But you said late Sept. Don't your temperatures go down before that? I would have thought your temps were similar to ours.My husband & I are going to a rented cottage tomorrow. Halfway up the Bruce Peninsula - in Ontario, North of Wiarton, partway up towards Tobermoray at Barrow's Bay (If you feel like looking on mapquest or anything).
The weather is supposed to be good. I am SO aware of weather now after this past week.
We'll be hiking on the Bruce Trail.....that area is so totally beautiful.
Hope it gets cooler for you! :-) Kath***
