Hi Kat,

and a belated welcome. I don't recall seeing your posts, either, if I did, I was probably too: tired/lazy/forgetful/upset/depressed/distracted to post back to you. Whew..what a bunch of excuses ;-) But, all sometimes very real for me. I've had a tough couple weeks, off and on, IRL and also have been terribly anxious as one of our "regulars" (family members, feels like to me) has disappeared off the boards 6 days ago and we don't know if she's okay.....so that's been so awful for many of us.

As the others told you, please DON'T take it personally. Have you ever read the FAQs? There's a big section, if I'm remembering right, on people's thoughts as to why threads don't get going sometimes. It made me feel loads better last year when I was new here.

Babble is a wonderful place that has truly enriched my life. Just jump in, try not to be afraid, and ask tons of questions. So glad you found us. I think you'll find it's NOT like IRL at all in a couple ways - because of the excellent (IMO) civility rules, and because this is a magnet drawing many kind, smart, loving, wonderful people all to one spot - often at one time! Awesome, huh? :-)

So sorry you felt bad...and to answer "what you should be doing..." - guess what? You just did it!

Tell us how you're feeling. Post: " HEY!! Yoo-hoo!! Anyone there??!! I need Help, please!! Just keep coming back for more, please :-)
