Yes, baby steps is right but I should know better than to put myself at risk now. My T has asked me to not watch TV shows that *touch* on the subject, ie: Oprah. I try not to but sometimes I seem compelled to. Am I a glutton for punishment? For the record, that's not what I meant by risky behaviour.
