Anakin!
Rock on, very well put about WW. I got on it after college and with in a few months had lost close to 20lbs. It was not water weight but fat, which stayed off even if I slipped up for a week or two. After a while I did not want the fatty/suggary foods as much because I got much better reinforcement from seeing the scale go down. I stayed with it and kept it all off for more than a year. I then got depressed/anxious and started loosing weight dramatically. So I completley stopped the POINTS and just tried to eat anything just to eat. So I got used to the eating whatever all the time because it was really hard to eat or gain weight. Well now I am gaining and just starting back into WW. looking foward to getting all the weight off about five/ seven pounds...you know I hear my engagement ring maybe coming so I got to get in shape for that!!! haha. Well talk to you soon!!
