I don't think the specifics of this particular dream mean anything. Not in a specific sense, that is. I think it's an expression of overall stress and fear. Creepiness in the night, "Spielbergian" possessed-looking fake head, potential sinister intruder. Those are some of our culture's menacing symbols. Fear.
