Hey Jlynne..thank you so much for your post..I hope that it wasnt because you didnt take your med that you felt that way..Maybe it is allergies or something like that and it was bothering you last night..I know sometimes when I'm woken up I feel just horrible ..I fall asleep on the couch a lot and I hate it because when I wake up to go upstairs I feel disoriented and that is not a good feeling then it just sets off the thoughts and I hate that...
I'm praying that you feel better today and the rest of the day went fine...Thanks for being there for me take care and talk to you soon..Luvya Mystic
