I love your poems guys, especially 'I am what I am'. Here are a couple of mine, I'm sorry they are abit morbid, thats just how I feel sometimes......
Faithful TearsSee my thoughts seep away,
Dribble over my skin.
A dose of my pain,
Drips off my fingertips,
A trickle from within.Watch the florid stains glisten,
Well up and overflow.
These my only faithful tears,
Show me my chamber
And release my sorrow.Let the flow stagnate and dry,
Crack the once torrid stream
Into a powdered desert,
until only branded scars lie
Where my scortched insides have been.My Rancid Self
The knives that pierce my craving heart
Delve deep beyond what I can see
The blood that weeps the only scent
Of the stench of life in meI think we should have an arts board too, it'd be great to see a different side to everyone here.
