Hmmm, when I tried to post, I didnt exist, so this is a test, with a new name, I used to post under [susan C].....
Just to all let you know I have been doing fine since adding verapamil (calcium channel blocker) to Depakote, over the last 9 months. That's not to say I havent had my moments or days, but the depression is about gone, the mania is limited and the crashes afterwards are only a day, so far. So, if you all are wondering about me, I am lurking, reading, drawing, knitting and swimming.
