UGH, I'm sorry to hear that. I know--the wallmarting of healthcare stinks!!
I left my previous primary care physician because she got wallmarted and over time, the whole experience of consulting her got shorter and more frustrating. Now I see a Mom and Pop doctor couple, solo practice (duo really), small office, very personal service, not much waiting in line, or anything. I hope they can keep their practice going this way for a long time.
