Thanks for letting me know about the guys' results.
From doing careful reading, I've learned that a lot of the people who look so great in the book did transform -- just not in 12 weeks. The people who change into hotties quickly are genetically 'gifted.'
But, that's ok. I'm still stickin' to it. I expect positive changes, not a miracle. I think with my ocd nature having a plan to stick to will help me make positive gains.
