BookGirl.. body for life

Posted by gabbix2 on December 20, 2002, at 14:46:51

I think I saw you mention that you were going to start the 'Body for Life" program. If you didn't
please ignore this, and blame it on my medication.

I wanted to let you know that a friend of my Dad's a 48 yr old man, who I would describe as heavy, about 50 lbs or so overweight started the program last year.
I'd seen him slimmer, than his extra 50 lbs but even then he had the body type that looked to me as if it would never be 'buff'

Well he's the only person I know who's started a program, and I've known many, who's body transformed in a matter of weeks. Actually the only reason I asked him what he was doing, was because I'd never seen anything like it.

Within 12 weeks he was in such good shape, he looks 'fit' not overdone, or overly muscular, but really an add for a really fit toned healthy person. I know he followed the plan to the letter, he's like that, and also he was working out less than he had done before, but with no comparison in result.

Well me, I read the book.. maybe my eye muscles are a bit more fit..

I just wanted to let you know that all those 'Body for Life changed me for ever" stories are actually accurate
(nobody paid me for this either)
