How about all but speeding? Can I substitute Starting numerous projects (that lay around for months aferwards)?
Sure, I actually am writing the great American novel on Word- it's over a 1000 pages, much of it in code:-). But yes, that's a biggie starting numerous projects- especially if you stay awake all night doing them.Is cyclothymia really measured in hours? Was pdoc being kind for insurance purposes?
No, it doesn't have to be hours- it can be a day or 2. The key is it's less than the 3-4 day minimum for hypomania and it has to last for 2+ years of constant mood swinging. Sounds terrible, I think I would rather have bipolar- at least you get a break between episodes (usually).
So what are your official diagnosis(s)? Mine are bipolar 1, DD-NOS, panic disorder, PTSD this week:-) Take care, judy
