*Please*, Dreamer, don't wait and see if it gets infected - it may be too late.
It sounds to me as if this wound has penetrated your abdominal cavity and possibly allowed harmful bacteria to enter and cause a life-threatening infection. The relative lack of blood is actually a bad sign because white cells and antibodies in your blood would help to kill these microbes.
Krazy Kat has the right idea ...

... but peroxide is *not* enough. I think you need antibiotics as soon as possible, and certainly before the first signs of infection appear. This means you *must* see a doctor - nothing with which you can self-medicate without a prescription will prevent peritonitis developing if your wound is infected, as it probably is.
This is from http://www.methodisthealth.com/digestive/peritons.htm
"Peritonitis can also develop after surgery when bacteria can enter into the abdomen during an operation"
[my comment] ... and if the `operation' involves cutting with an unsterilized blade and poking around with a washed but unsterilized and ungloved hand, then "can develop" becomes "probably will develop".
"Quick diagnosis of peritonitis is vital because complications can occur quickly .... Prompt treatment is extremely important as major complications can occur quickly and peritonitis can be fatal if not treated right away."
As LiLi said, you don't have to explain how it happened.
I'm not a medical expert, but on this occasion I'm sure enough to justify being alarmist.
