Calling all Adult Children ....

Hi, I'm new to psb. I am an ACoA and and ACoD (i.e., Adult child of an Alcoholic father and Adult Child of a neurotic/borderline mother). In South Africa the "Adult Child" stuff hasn't really 'caught on' yet but I have found a skilled therapist (rare!) who talks "AC". At last someone who understands me enough to help me understand myself! Any other Adult Children out there ...
