Simcha

I'm so glad you had a good time. Do you speak French? You should venture up north and a little to the east. Ottawa is a beautiful city. I've always enjoyed it. The furtherest east I've made on this continent is Montreal, though I've always wanted to get to Quebec City. It's an old city and I suspect it may have a European flair to it.

For some reason I've always imagined you living on the east coast, around Baltimore. Funny how our imaginations get a life of their own. Now that you mentioned Iowa again I remember you saying it. Iowa is the furtherest west I've managed. Prices are really good there compared to up north here.

I envy you the coffee and wine. I had two glasses of inexpensive French wine Christmas Eve and really enjoyed it. Beer I can do without. I once had a glass of good old Canadian because I was really thirsty and there was nothing else to drink in the fridge. The first chug was refreshing, the second was beer.

I'm sure your family enjoyed their gifts.

Stop in the chat when you get a chance, we've missed you.

BEST WISHES
Willow
