in the past i have tried, zoloft (short term maybe 2-3 weeks) Prozac...long time several years. Welbutrin for a year, effexor for 6 weeks, and now serzone. the prozac worked for a while, couple of years. but it pooped out, my old doc wouldn't change me when i told her it didn't work anymore. kept me on it another 2 yrs. Finally decided time to find another doc.
the serzone is relieving the anxiety. will give it more time to work on the depression.
my last major episode lasted well over a year. if i periodically went off the prozac, bang there it was again.
