Distraction is one of my healthier coping mechanisms. Maybe my only healthy one. I've been doing a lot of concentrating on things other than me, in amongst feeling sorry for myself.

We had two very nice days of visits. I sat on the floor with her yesterday, and she climbed on my lap as much as possible. I kiss/nibbled her ears, and she nibbled mine back. Today it was cooler and we went for a walk. She seemed to be feeling well.

If it weren't for the fact that she wasn't eating and that her blood levels were very very bad, you'd think she was as healthy as a dog could be.

I must have caught her at a bad time Friday.

Thank you.
