lol.

I don't know how very common they are. Someone on the board used to think that some of my other issues may have roots in temporal lobe problems, but my neurologist never mentioned it, so I just saw it as a withdrawal thing.

It might be worth making a visit with a neurologist. I think I've mentioned this a few times, but I adored my migraine neurologist, and I think my life might be a lot different without having seen her, since my internist wanted to put me on opioids for my migraines. My neurologist thought that would be a very bad idea. I miss her so much when my migraines flare that I consider driving the six hours to where she is, and my internist thinks that's not a bad idea.

So really neurologists aren't just for the huge issues. If you're worried, find a neurologist that deals with seizure issues, and go to see one. That will answer your questions. I often find that when my questions are answered, I feel better even if I don't.

For example, my prednisone is wearing off in teh evening and the itching is awful. I'm shivering with cold even though I'm hot. But since I know I'll be able to take more meds in the morning, and since I know why I'm shivering, I find myself able to tolerate things much better.
