I just lowered my effexor dose. Maybe that's it then. Are these experiences common in the general population? They are just so weird.
I've never seen a neurologist, except for the seizures I had shortly after birth, so I certainly don't remember that.
At different times in my life I've felt these episodes, but they've developed a different quality somehow.
I don't want to worry about them, but I do want to know if others experience them.
