I really do see the change in you. Do you think it was your therapist behind that? Or life?
Change isn't easy, and ending relationships isn't easy. Even if you do have the option of resuming the relationship. I'm glad she left that door open.
I think the three week idea is a good one. I noticed when my therapist was out of the country that after a while I did better than I expected. As long as I never heard from him.
