When things look bleak and dark and scary, it's hard to chase the scary things away, and I get caught up in bad visuals.

I think peoples views change, but not as dramatically. I don't think Joe Average is aware of it. Its like your reality can completely shift and change, and you can be conscious of it. its like (for me anyways) two completely different worlds. I could live in either. Both are real. Its weird and hard to explain. I want to live in the nicer one, but I'm starting to think maybe I'm stuck in the not nice one. I need to learn to shift again so I can get back to the better one I think.??? I'm alittle afraid to shift, I haven't done it in a long time. It occurs to me I should try it stoned, it might be easier. Hmmm.
