My husband is a peach for keeping me company and offering me advice when I asked while I packed, despite the late hour.
And I've figured out some stuff about the anxiety. Doesn't make it feel better, but insight helps. So do Sun Salutes in my office.
Oh, and echinacea is helping the cold, thank goodness.
